How to Handle Personal Information on our Company Website

1.Collection of access logs

(1)MRI stores access logs on the status of access to our Company website (hereinafter referred to as the “Site”). The access log includes information such as the IP address of the viewer (the number to identify the computer being used), the type of browser, the URL of the access source, etc. However, it does not include information that would enable individual users to be identified.

2.Use of Cookies etc.

(1)Cookies are strings of information for managing and identifying users who access the website, or a mechanism for managing them.

(2)MRI may use cookies on this Site for the following purposes.
A.To improve the contents of this Site or to customize it according to your personal use.
B.When statistically processing the information obtained by using the cookie and publishing the consolidated information, it does not include information that would enable individual users to be identified.

*Google Analytics
On some pages of this site, MRI uses Google Analytics which is a service provided by Google Inc. in order to understand the visitation of this Site or to grasp the status of viewers.

By using Google Analytics, Google will collect, record, and analyze access history of visitors to the Site based on its issued cookies.
The information of the viewers collected, recorded, and analyzed by Google Analytics does not include any information that would enable to identify a specific individual. This information is managed based on the Google’s privacy policy.

By disabling Google Analytics in the browser’s add-on settings, it is also possible to stop the collection of information of visitors using this Google Analytics.

3.Link Sites of any third party other than our site
