- Please note regarding the progress of the proceedings, the schedule time may slightly change.
- The session will be held in Japanese (With Japanese・English simultaneous interpretation available).
- Questions will be accepted in either Japanese or English.

The conference will be delivered simultaneously from the dedicated website of this project (currently in progress) After the briefing session, the recording will be available online. The URL of the dedicated website will be announced on this page shortly.

Documents to be used for briefing sessions and materials related to solicitation will be downloadable from all exclusive homepages (currently in progress).
7. How to attend
Relating the registration for the briefing session, please contact Management Office for the Project of Decommissioning and Contaminated Water Management, fill in the following information and submit by e-mail or fax till 10:00am on Monday, April 7.
For the convenience of the venue, please note, that the number of attendees for participation from each organization / institution etc. may be limited to 2 persons. Also, in case of large number of applicants, we may request one person from each organization or determine attendees by lot. In that case, we will contact you by e-mail or fax on April 7 (Monday) at around 13 o’clock.
