About the Fourth Solicitation of Entities for the “Project of Decommissioning and Contaminated Water Management” in the FY2014 Supplementary Budget [Released on November 27, 2015, Updated on December 15, 2015]

Mitsubishi Research Institute, Inc. has been assigned by Agency for Natural Resources and Energy to operate the management office for the “Project of Decommissioning and Contaminated Water Management” in the FY2014 Supplementary Budget.

We are pleased to announce the additional solicitation for the entities to implement the cutting and dust collection technology for the “Project of Decommissioning and Contaminated Water Management (Project of Development of Fundamental Technologies for Retrieval of Fuel Debris and Internal Structures)” in the FY2014 Supplementary Budget as follows:

(1) Outline of Project

In this project, we aim to proceed with decommissioning and contaminated water management smoothly and improve our level of science technology by supporting the projects of the technology development for TEPCO’s Fukushima Daiichi Nuclear Power Station.

(2) Application Requirement

The applicants shall be private organizations, etc. which fulfill the project requirements. For the details, please see the application guideline.

(3) Subsidy Targeted Expenses

The targeted expenses for the subsidy are labor cost, raw materials cost, consumables, design, manufacture and processing cost, facility and equipment cost, goods procurement cost, research cost, outsourcing cost, travel cost, rewards, rent and depreciation costs and other required cost for the project.
